Body psychotherapist, massage therapist, and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (§ 1 HeilprG)

1. Scope of the Contract

These terms and conditions govern participation in the massage training course offered by Enrico Fonte, Bodymind Therapy. By registering for the course, participants agree to be bound by these terms.​

​

 

2. Registration and Full Payment

​

Registration for the course and payment of the full course fee must be completed online through our website. The registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. Participants will receive a confirmation email with all relevant course details upon successful registration.

​

 

3. Waiver of the 14-Day Withdrawal Right

​

By registering for the course, participants agree to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356(4) BGB. The participant explicitly consents to this waiver by checking the following box during online registration: “I agree to waive the 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with § 356(4) BGB.”

4. Cancellation Policy

​

If the organizer cancels the entire training for any reason, the full course fee will be refunded.

​​

Participants may cancel their registration up to 20 days before the course starts and receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 2%, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@bodymindtherapy.de. If the cancellation is received on a weekend, it will be considered received on the next working day.

​

For cancellations submitted less than 20 days before the course starts, no refunds will be given unless there are exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). In such cases, the participant must provide official documentation (e.g., medical certificate) for the refund to be considered.

5. Admission Requirements​

​

Participants must have an interest in holistic bodywork, anatomy, physiology, and enjoy working with people.

The training is an adult education program and is open to participants of full legal age. The goal is to promote professional competence through personal growth.

 

Participants bear full responsibility for their health and well-being throughout the training. The content provided in the course may only be applied within the scope of the participant’s education level and in accordance with relevant legal regulations.

Participants from outside Germany must clarify the legal framework for applying the knowledge in their respective countries.

 

Before starting the training, participants are advised to consult with a physician if they have any health concerns, as the organizer does not assume liability for health risks that may arise during participation.

6.  Finances​

​

Participants are required to pay the course fee, which includes 0.00% VAT as per the VAT exemption under § 4 Nr. 21 UStG (educational services are exempt). Any discounts or voucher deductions will be detailed in the invoice.

 

The course fee does not include the cost of specialized literature, which participants may need to purchase separately. These costs will be clearly communicated before the course begins.

7. Study Duration​

​

The duration of in-person trainings will be specified on the relevant website.

 

If the organizer must cancel any training sessions, they will be rescheduled for a later date. In the case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the schedule may also be adjusted. Participants will be notified promptly in these cases.

 

A final examination for the wellness massage course takes place at the end of the training and is free of charge for the first attempt.

8. Instructor Contact

​

Instructor Enrico Fonte will be available throughout the training to answer subject-related questions. Participants can reach him by email, but responses may take up to 48 hours depending on his availability.

9.  Completion and Certificate​

​

All trainings follow the content of the Bodymind Therapy method. At the conclusion, participants may choose to take a final internal examination, which consists of both theoretical and practical components.

 

Participants who successfully complete the final examination in Berlin will receive a Bodymind Therapy certificate. The initial examination is included in the course fee, but participants may retake the exam up to three times for a fee of €50 per retake. The exam is voluntary; if a participant chooses not to take it, they will receive a Certificate of Participation instead.

 

Participants who do not complete the examination are not permitted to advertise the Bodymind Therapy certification on their resume or use it professionally.

 

For shorter courses, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion.​​

10.  Data Protection & Confidentiality​

​

By registering, participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the purpose of conducting the training and maintaining participant records. Participants may also receive information and offers via email, which they can opt out of at any time.

 

Participants are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding any private or sensitive information shared during the training, in accordance with § 203 StGB (German Criminal Code). Any breach of confidentiality could result in legal consequences.

 

All materials provided during the training are protected by German copyright law (Urheberrecht) and may not be copied, distributed, or published without explicit written consent from the organizer.

11. Copyright​

The study materials provided are intended solely for the registered participant. These materials may not be resold, digitized, or distributed to third parties without written consent from the organizer. All materials are subject to German copyright law.

​

12. Data Protection Information

We process your personal data to manage your registration, conduct the training, and issue certificates. In accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR, we may use your data to send you relevant information about future trainings or offers. Participants may object to the use of their data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting us at info@bodymindtherapy.de.
