From 20:00 to 20:45 hrs, then a short break. From 21.00 to 21:30 hrs chanting.

For anyone who already has some experience and wants to deepen their practice.

Every Tuesday from 20:00 to 21:00 hrs, except for the first Tuesday of the month.

Who is meditation suitable for?
