Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. In this case, the amount will be refunded minus a 10 € transaction fee. We recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. If you show up without the USC app or exceed your monthly massage allowance, a €30 fee will be charged.
